Meet Tori

Tori has trained in various styles of dance and has excelled competitively as a jazz, musical theatre, and lyrical performer and choreographer. The foundation of her success is the attention she gives to proper execution and progression of skills, a love of technique and motivational coaching style.

She has coached at the highest levels of classification in 6A high school dance in Arkansas and Division 1A collegiate dance at Duke University. Many of her students have been successful beyond her coaching - being selected for college dance teams, professional dance careers, and becoming dance educators themselves.

Her desire is to use dance as a tool to develop mental strength and emotional resilience in young people that will translate to all areas of their lives no matter their future goals.

Tori lives in Frisco, TX with her husband and three children. She is always cooking, and takes any opportunity she can to escape to the mountains.

Acrobatic Arts Certified Instructor

Many studios and individuals offer acro for dance training, but not every instructor has been through the proper training for safe acro for dance progressions. When progressions of strength, flexibility, tumbling, limbering, and balancing are followed properly, not only are dancers able to master and execute skills with ease but they are less likely to be injured in the process.

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

It was not enough for Tori to simply draw on her own dance training and years of training - I knew I was missing a fundamental component of understanding the dancer’s body and training on a muscular and skeletal level. This comprehensive understanding of athletic training has enhanced my ability to produce lasting results not only in specific dance training, but overall stronger athleticism and health of my students.
